Acceptable Use Policy

Memory.pet is for preserving pet sounds and related pet memories. These rules apply to media, account activity, names, notes, and any other content submitted to the service.

Allowed content

Upload media that you own, created yourself, or otherwise have permission to use. The intended use is short audio or video containing your pet's sounds.

Restricted content

You may not upload, store, share, or attempt to process content that includes:

• Illegal content or content used to support illegal activity.
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits, abuses, or sexualizes minors.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or exploitative content.
• Graphic violence, threats, harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse.
• Hate, dehumanization, or abuse directed at protected groups.
• Copyrighted, trademarked, private, confidential, or personal material you do not have the right to use.
• Malware, phishing material, credential theft, spam, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the service.
• Impersonation, deception, fraud, or attempts to misrepresent ownership of uploaded media.

Review and removal

We may block, remove, or report content when required by law, provider rules, payment processor rules, or service safety needs. We may restrict or close accounts that violate this policy.

Future checks

The production service may use automated and manual checks to detect restricted uploads, abuse, quota bypassing, or rights violations.
